2- Products and product-sheets :

We manufacture our shoelaces upon order and so, have an incompressible delay to produce them and ship them.
- PRODUCT-SHEETS :
We do our best to upload pictures that reflect the reality of the colorway and the aesthetics of our products.
We indicate informations regarding the length, width, fabric, and careness.
For more "technical" products such as spring, silicon, elastic... shoelaces, we add every important and necessary elements to use it the best you can.
We also add instructions note on our individual packagings.
If you deliberately choose not to read them, nor not to apply them, Funshoelaces can't be held responsible for damaged or nonfunctional products caused by a misuse.

3- Order :
To order, the customer, under his own and unique responsability, provides the following informations : name and first name, delivery and billing address, phone number, and valid e-mail address.
In case of mistakes regarding the given delivery informations, Funshoelaces can't be held responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address.

4- Prices :

Prices are in euros.
VAT is not applicable. (Art.293B of the CGI)
Funshoelaces keeps the right to change its prices freely, and the clients will be charged at the current prices.

5- Payment :
The customer can pay by credit card, by his Paypal, by check and by bank transfer.
- Check payment, addressed to Funshoelaces must be received within 8 business days for international customers to the following address : Funshoelaces - 47 avenue André Ithurralde - 64500 Saint Jean de Luz - FRANCE
- Bank transfer payment must be made within 5 business days for international customers.
The order will be cancelled and the account will be closed, in case of non-receipt of the payment in due time.

6- Delivery & returns :Shipments and deliveries will take place as explained in the page : Delivery.

After a legal 14 days delay following the reception, delivered products are considered as accepted and conformable by the customer.
We won't accept returns in case of deliberate abuse such as : order of many different sizes to check what is the one that fits my shoes, order of shoelaces to "see" the real aesthetics, order of many shoelaces to make a final decision once received.

7- Order cancellation :
Under exceptional circumstances, Funshoelaces keeps the right to cancel any order, in case of dishonest, impolite, profiteer, rude customers, in complete legality.
The buyer, after validating his/her order, can't modify or cancel his/her order without the approval of Funshoelaces.
