1 - Our shoelaces are sold by pair *
Quantity 1 in the shopping cart = 1 pair of shoelaces = 2 identical shoelaces.
(*except for the silicon shoelaces which are sold individually)

2 - Which length of shoelaces must I choose ?
Please find here the lengths of shoelaces we usually recommend. •
3 - The product I want is of stock
Enter directly your e-mail address in the concerned insert proposed in the product sheet.
As soon as it is on stock, you will automatically be informed by e-mail.

4 - I made a mistake on my order
2 solutions :
A - Your order has not been shipped yet : you can urgent send us an e-mail to inform us of your error, and we correct your order. (for products of the same size and same value, otherwise we will refund you)

5 - Need a special length for my shoelaces ?
80 cm instead of 85 cm, or 105 cm instead of 100 cm for example ?
Tell us the length you need, in the message tab of your order or contact us by e-mail and we will be happy to make the adjustment if your ordered shoelaces are suitable.

Your shoelaces are packed in clean clear closed polybags.

We propose you free gift package
You can also add a personalized message and add it the gift package (printed on a white sticker).
(please do not abuse, thanks : 1- we aren't Santa Claus and 2- people that are self-sending shoelaces with gift bags and personalized messages, because it's free, bore us)

10 - Our delivery method ?
We use international tracked and priority consignements proposed by the French post

We do not send untrackable packages to avoid any risk of losses or theft.
•
To Europe and International countries, the international tracked and priority delivery cost is 4.49 € and free for orders above 25€.

13 - Manufacture and shipping delays ?
Your orders are manufactured on demand and shipped within 1 to 4 days, from monday to friday, depending on the workload we currently are facing.

For Europe and international countries, the delivery delays vary from 4 to 8 business days, depending on final country.
