1- Conditions
• The client can return one or several products, in their original condition and under 14 days upon receipt date ( French Hamon law-June 2014 : the 14 days delay starts the day following the reception of the package, the date provided by the post website is used as proof .
If the delay expires on a saturday, sunday, or holiday, it will be extended for one more day)

At the end of this delay, the delivered products are considered as conformable and accepted by the buyer.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2- Procedures
For any return or any request for a refund, please inform us by e-mail before you return our products.
Your mail or your resent goods shall be sent with the withdrawal form (Hamon Law), duly completed and signed.
We will not manage your return if we have not been informed and if your return is not sent with the required form.
* Let us avoid unnecessary shipments :
-If you need to check the colors and rendering of our products, you can ask us for additionnal pictures, this, before ordering.
-If you are not sure of the length of shoelaces you need, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone (33 6 18 87 66 65) or by e-mail.

3- Partial return
If you were free delivered and the value of the products you keep does no more justify the offered delivery, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If not, we will deduct the shipping costs in proportion to what you have kept.
These costs have already been used the Post for your shipment, so we don't have to reimburse it to you.

4- Refund
The refund of your return is made within 14 days upon receipt of your goods and confirmed by mail.
•
Your refund will be made through the same payment way you used when placing the order : credit card, Paypal, check, bank transfer.
We will refuse the return and refund in case of clear abuse.
We will not refund the shoelaces manufactured in a specific size following your request.

5- Products refusal
Funshoelaces refuses the return and to refund items already worn, used, damaged, stained or manufactured in a specific size.
We will also refuse returns in case of clear abuse.

EXCHANGES
6- Terms and conditions
Exchanges can only be made with products of the same size and/or same value.
If not, please go for a return as indicated in the point 2 since it is not an exchange.

7- Procedures
For any exchange, please inform us of wanted replacement model(s) and length(s).
We will ship your exchange upon receipt of your return and mail you your new tracking number.
