International delivery

• We do always ship in priority mode.

(Here in France, the economic w/ tracking mode does not exist for international shipments)

We do alway send your orders with a tracking number

International delivery Funshoelaces

Our delivery charges include envelope + sticker stamp + sticker with a barcode , allowing tracking by internet, from shipment to delivery.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Once posted, your shipment will be scanned by French Post Office, then, when arrived in your country, by the country Post Service, and finally, when delivered in your own mailbox.

 •  This is not a hand-delivered or countersigned consignment.

 •  Your postman simply will put the envelope in your mailbox, as any standard courrier .

 •  We never send any order without tracking to avoid risks of loss or theft.

 •  

4- Deadlines :

Producing delay
We do manufacture all the shoelaces models (excluding silicones and curly shoelaces)
The production delay is between 1 to 4 working days, depending on our organization and our workload.

Delivery delay
As per French Post informations, the delivery delay is generally between 3 to 8 days for international deliveries, depending on the country of delivery.

(Production, shipping and delivery dealy are indicated excluding national holidays and exceptional events)

 At the legal french term of 14 days after receipt, the delivered products will be considered as conformable to the order and accepted by the buyer.

 •  For all shipments, Funshoelaces cannot be held responsible for late delivery .
 •  Delayed delivery does not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

6- Delivery problems :

- Order not received but indicated delivered on tracking screen:
It may happens that your order is indicated as delivered, but is not in your mailbox.
First of all, wait until the next day to check your mailbox again.
If you still don't have anything, ask your postman and your neighbors.
Order can have not been put in the right mailbox, because of recipient wrong or missing name or box number or street name errors.
Finally, if you have not found your order after these searches, thank you to contact us in order for us to ask your Post Office Service  to locate it and if not, to open a complaint for theft.
We will ask you, for this complaint purpose, to fill out and sign a special form attesting to the non-receipt of your order which will be transmitted to the Post Office.

- Order undelivered and returned to Funshoelaces
A/ The indicated delivery address or the recipient are correct :
The Post Office made a mistake and we will returning your order, with the original tracking number, confirming to the Post Service on the envelope, that the indicated name and address are correct.

 •  

B/ Error of address or recipient :
Funshoelaces is not responsible of your errors and so won't support the returning cost of your consignement.

1- If you want Funshoelaces to resend you your order
We will repack, restamp and resend your order back.
You must re-confirm us the correct shipping address and/or recipient name and pay the new delivery cost ( here is link for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST).
(since original shipping costs had already been used for the first shipment, we must issue a second postage).

2- In case of refusal of return
We will refund you your order, minus the already used shipping costs
(Since1st cost already paid in vain (by you or by us depending on the amount of your order) and already used by the Post Office to ship your order, we don't have to reimburse it to you)
